It is always a process finding a stylist that you can trust completely, especially after relocating to a new area. I hit the jackpot!!!! My stylist is young, experienced and right on with style and color techniques. She pays careful attention to your lifestyle, age and current trends to find the perfect look for you. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Gordon Samuel, and my husband is a satisfied client as well. Looking forward to a lasting relationship here. Thanks so much.

To be a good hair stylist requires the ability to make a client feel good, to give them their monies worth, and most importantly, make the client feel special and valued enough that they want to come back and continue the relationship for the long run. The stylists and staff at Gordon Samuel Salon in Wake Forest do all of those things and more. I am a repeat customer and have been going to this salon since it's inception. Each time I walk in the front door, I am treated as though it were my first visit. Staff members and sylists greet me and appear genuinely happy to see me in their salon. I am always offered a drink of some sort and magazines during any waiting periods. I am treated with the utmost of respect. My stylist listens to my wants, but is also confident enough to tell me when my "wants" might not turn out exactly the way I'm hoping due to my facial structure or the texture of my very wavy hair. In my opinion, a good stylist will listen and be a good communicator, but won't let his or her client be in denial about what will or will not look good and walk out the door looking ridiculous. Finally, the stylists at Gordon Samuel Salon don't rush through the appointment like the client's are on an asembly line. It has been my experience from my first visit to this salon that customers are treated with respect and courtesy. Not only will I continue my relationship with this salon and my stylist, I would highly recommend Gordon Samuel Salon to all of my family, friends and acquaintances.

Excellent Salon I am a happy returning customer at Gordan Samuel Salon, the stylist that does my hair is excellent. I lived in a big city with prestigious stylists and I can say without a doubt she is just as good as they were. She does a terrific job with my color, cut and style. Both my husband and my daughter are regulars and they are very happy as well. The salon itself is clean and modern looking. I love the fact that they remind me of my appointments and the staff is pleasant and they make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants a professional cut and style.

I am a happy returning customer at Gordan Samuel Salon, the stylist that does my hair is excellent.
