The person who runs this company is simply one of the most unprofessional, disagreeable people I have ever dealt with. Not only was he undependable, neglectful, and seemingly indifferent (I usually had to call him multiple times before hearing back from him), but his attitude was the worst! Whenever I spoke with him - either in person on the phone - he acted as though my questions were inane and that I was wasting his time. This is a person who is supposed to be in the pet "care" industry! I feel very strongly that if I am paying you good money (and his rates are steep), you should at least be courteous and not act dismissive towards me and my concern for my animals. Never will I use this service again. I would feel more comfortable leaving my pets in a kennel than having to deal with this man again!
