I brought my car in for a standard inspection. According to their person my car needed $594.00 worth of work before it would pass. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and they could not find the problem. We changed a light bulb in the license plate area and took it back. Amazingly it passed with no problem. When I told them the problem reported with the wheel had not been touched they had no explanation as to why it was ok now. Sounds like they we trying to scam me for $587.00 to fix something that was never broken,
