• My dog has stayed over a couple times, and has gone just for the day for day camp. He loves day camp, and always comes home exhausted (so I can relax, hooray!). Sometimes they answer the phone right away, but some days you can call all day and they won't answer. I've left messages and they've never returned the call. This is very frustrating. • This was a overall great stay for my bosten terrier Pistachio. My dog needs lot of attention and lots of excersise. At the Petshotel he got both and more. The staff are very friendly and flexible. My dog came out clean and with a smile. The only thing i disliked was they gave me a blanket filled with urine and digested dog food. Also the pricing is a little high but its worth it because they give your dog or cat the feeling of home. Also they have added a new feature of talking to your pet. Its great and when i go away for week trips he can hear my voice! (Curiousity1066, 04/13/2009)

• The petsmart hotel is the best place to board your pet. I have lived in this area and worked at 3 different Kennels and they are the some price without the benefits. No, I have never worked for petsmart only because it wasn't in this area when I was a teenager. But I do feel that they delivery on what they say and there are no surprises. My dog comes home happy and clean (even without a bath) and seems do well when boarding here. The staff seems to be true animal lovers and enjoy helping you. they seem to understand that leaving your pet behind is a stressful and worry-some event. I first chose to start boarding here because of their hours. I love being able to drop my dog off anytime during the day depending on my traveling schedule and that I can pick up on sunday without only having an hour to do so. If you treat your dog as part of the family then this is the place to board your dog! (shell11345, 08/09/2007)

• This was an overall good stay but the only thing is my dog enjoyed it! I didn't like the fact that they didn't have any outside area. At least Sunset Kennels Down the street you have a outside facilty where dogs can roam and use the bathroom. Also, We liked the fact that you can "check in" on your pet at the Bone Booth that is a Unique Feature. We had this problem I packed some dry food with the Alpo Canned Food and told them to mix 1/4 of The Good Life Recipe in it. They didn't. And One Last Thing is that I packed a Red Rope Toy and a All Natural Beef Bone they got Urine all over the toys I packed. But I did read that they were not responsible for toys from home that got messed up. Oh Yes! I had read that cleaned up soiled area I don't believe they were cleaned twice a day and each time they were soiled they were cleaned! Well, Overall this was pretty good except the specfic complaints. My dog did check out early!! Hope this helped Pet Parents Out there!! (gobengals12, 07/23/2007)
